Traffic study findings for Fifth Street, past and present

In the slide presentation and summary report, they conclude that the "road diet plan on 5th Street corridor is applicable and will benefit all transportation modes." The study was conducted by Prof. Michael Zhang and Dr. Feng Xiao in the Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Davis.
