Davis Bike History "A city made for bikes"

• Davis Bicycles! supports the Fifth Street redesign!
  This proposal would add bike lanes, provide smoother, calmer traffic flow, and improve safety along the main east-west throughfare in downtown Davis. Similar changes made to over 100 streets all across the US have been successful. The Davis City Council is expected to consider this issue on July 21. • Enterprise Bike Column
  Davis Bicycles! has a biweekly column in the Davis Enterprise. We welcome volunteers interested in writng columns related to Davis and the bicycling lifestyle. Submissions can focus on any topic relating to biking in Davis: history, humor, encouragement, personal observations, etc. Our goal is to increase bike awareness in Davis.
